  • I am not a member yet. What can I do as a non-member?

    A non-member, who uses KED Global without joining a free membership, can read up to 5 articles a month. If you want to want to read more articles, you can join KED Global here.

  • If I go back and read an article I’ve already read, will that count toward my monthly limit?

    If you read an article you have already read in the current month, it will not count again toward your monthly limit.

  • What are the membership options?
    You can check membership options here.
  • How do I sign in?

    To sign in, click “sign in” button in the top right corner of the homepage under KED Global header. Then, simply enter your email and password. If you are registered with your Twitter or Facebook ID, you can also sign in by clicking “Sign in with Twitter” or “Sign in with Facebook.”

  • How do I sign in with Twitter or Facebook?
  • I forgot the email address used to join KED Global.

    Please contact us if you forget the email address that you used for registration, and include your name, country, company, and email address that we can contact you. We will reply back to you if there is a match in our record.

  • I forgot my password.

    In case you forget your password, you should reset password by getting a temporary password. Click here and enter your email address that you used for registration. Then, temporary password will be sent to your email, and you can sign in with the temporary password. Do not forget that you have to set a new, permanent password after singing in.

  • How do I update my personal details?

    You can update your personal details on “Mypage.” After signing into KED Global, you can find “Mypage” in the top right corner of the homepage under the homepage header.

  • How do I change my email address?

    You can change your email address on “Mypage.” Enter a new email address that you wish to use to sign in, and click “Save changes.”

  • How do I change password?

    Password can be changed on “Mypage.” Enter your current password and new password, and click “Save changes.”

  • Where can I check my membership status (detail)?

    You can check your membership status on “Mypage.” You can also check your payment details or upgrade to a premium membership.

  • I didn't receive email to verify my account.

    If you didn’t receive the verification email to set up your account, please check your spam folder first. If you don’t have the email in your spam folder, contact us and report the problem. Please include the email address that you used to join us.

  • I am a member, but I still see my number of articles are limited.
    Please make sure that you sign in using the email address and password you used to join us. If you joined us with Twitter or Facebook, you should sign in using the social media information. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
  • I am a member, but I still can’t access some articles.

    Some information is only available for member+ and premium members. You can check membership options and access here.

  • What are the Terms of Services?

  • How do I subscribe or upgrade to premium membership?

    There are 2 ways to subscribe or upgrade your membership.

    1) By clicking “upgrade” button
        - Click “upgrade” button in the top right corner of the homepage.
        - Fill in the information.
        - Complete payment using PayPal.

    2) On “Mypage”
        - Click “Mypage” button in the top right corner of the homepage
        - Next to ‘Membership Status’, click “Upgrade to Premium Member” button
        - Fill in the information
        - Complete payment using PayPal

    Click here if you want to subscribe now. 
  • How much does a subscription cost?

    The cost for premium membership is $6,000. Click here to subscribe or upgrade your membership.

  • How can I pay for the premium membership?

    The premium membership fee can be paid on KED Global website using PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account or prefer bank transfer, please contact us for further assistance.

  • How do I pay with PayPal?

    When you make payment on KED Global website, you will automatically be taken to PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, you can sign in and use your previous payment method. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can sign up on PayPal’s site and complete your payment.

  • Which credit cards do you accept?

    You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express to make PayPal payments. For more information, please visit PayPal Help Center.

  • What exchange rate is applied to pay for premium membership?

    The exchange rates will depend on the settings of your PayPal account. To find your currency exchange rate of PayPal, please visit PayPal Help Center.

  • How do I get receipt?

    The payment confirmation email will be sent once you complete the payment, and it can be used as a receipt.

  • How do I change my payment method?

    You can change your payment method on PayPal website. For details, please visit PayPal Help Center. If you wish to make payment using other method than PayPal, please contact us.

  • How do I renew my premium membership?
    The subscription is valid for 1 year, and it will be automatically renewed unless you cancel it.
  • I received a message saying that my payment was declined.

    Payment information from the previous purchase is used to automatically renew your subscription. If your payment information is not valid anymore, they payment can be declined. To renew your subscription, please update your payment information on PayPal.

  • How can I cancel premium membership?

    You can cancel your subscription (premium membership) by contacting our customer center. Although you cancel your subscription, the benefits for premium membership is valid for 1 year, and the subscription fee won’t be refunded.

  • What are the cancellation policies?

    Please refer to the Chapter 5. Cancellation of Contracts and Restriction of Service Use of Terms of Services.

  • What is LP membership?

    LP member is the authorized asset owners. They have unlimited access to all contents of KED Global including Asset Managers’ View.

  • How do I search for articles?

    Click the magnifier icon in the top left corner of the homepage. Enter the keyword in the search box, and click “Search”.

  • How do I share articles on social networks?

    Click share button in the top right corner of the article under its title, and choose the social network platform want to share the article on. If you can’t find the platform you want, you can copy the link and paste it on anywhere you want.

  • How do I comment on an article?

    To comment on an article, enter your comment at the bottom of each article, and click “submit.” You should sign in before posting the comment.

  • How do I edit or delete my comment on an article?

    To edit your previous comments, click “Edit” button in the top right corner of your comment. Enter new comments and click “Submit.”

    To delete your comments, click “Edit” button in the top right corner of your comment and confirm delete.

  • What are the recommended browsers for the site?
    KED Global supports IE10, Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
  • How can I raise a complaint or feedback?

    If you have any complaint or feedback regarding articles, services, etc., please contact us and send your opinion.

  • How do I send a news tip?

    If you have any news tips, please contact us on the website.

  • How can I republish or commercially use KED Global’s content?

    Copyright and other intellectual property rights for all contents on KED Global belongs to KED Global News Network. You may not republish or commercially use them unless you have prior approval. Contact us if you wish to republish or commercially use our contents.

  • What email alerts are available?

    You can receive weekly newsletters and RFP alerts. Newsletters are our selection of articles related to Korean asset owners and development of Korean financial markets, and are sent once a week. RFP alerts are email notification of RFP from Korean asset owners, and are sent immediately after a new RFP is released.

  • How do I receive email newsletters and RFP alerts?

    You can receive email newsletters and RFP alerts by changing settings on “Mypage.” Select the checkbox, fill in the information, and save changes.

  • How do I unsubscribe email newsletters and RFP alerts?

    You can unsubscribe the email newsletters and RFP alerts by changing settings on “Mypage.” Erase the checkbox and save changes.

  • How can I download the reports of Hidden Champions and Future Unicorns?

    To download the reports of Hidden Champions and Future Unicorns, click “get the full story and data” button. It will be sent to you email. If you are not signed into the website, or didn’t enter enough information, we may ask you to fill in the information.

  • How do I adjust the text size?

    You can adjust the text size by clicking “T” button in the top right corner of the article under the title. The size can be adjusted in 5 levels.
